Are your prices fixed or do they vary?
Our prices are not fixed; they are subject to change based on factors such as distance, time of day, vehicle type, and any additional requests you may have.
What IS Not included in the price?
All of our prices do not include gratuity, tolls, or waiting time. Hourly minimums and service type pricing apply. Pricing may be adjusted based on pickup location. Please be sure to add a 20% booking fee, 10% fuel charge, and sales tax to all prices on our website.
Do you offer hourly and flat-rate pricing?
We provide both hourly and flat-rate pricing options. Hourly rates are suitable for flexible schedules, while flat rates are more common for specific journeys like airport transfers.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Of course you can! Most of our point-to-point and flat rate services can be calculated on our booking app prior to booking. Our event services like Wedding Limos, Prom Limos, and Limo Wine tours have package pricing listed on their respective pages. For event service pricing that are not listed, you can fill out a pricing request form at no cost or commitment. Our team will follow up to get you pricing and availability information for your event.
Is there a minimum booking time or mileage?
There are minimum booking requirements that vary depending on the type of vehicle. Limousines and buses typically have minimum booking times, especially during weekends and holidays.
Are there peak time surcharges?
Higher rates may be applied during peak hours, holidays, and prom season due to increased demand.
Do you charge for cancellations?
We do have a cancellation policy in place, which is determined by how far in advance the reservation is canceled. Specific details are provided upon booking.
Can I customize my ride or request extras?
You have the option to personalize your ride by requesting extras such as a red carpet entrance or special decorations. Just inform us of your requests when making the reservation.
